What Is the MIS-PICK Virtual Cashier?

The MIS-PICK Virtual Cashier is an automation solution that fully robotizes the cashierless checkout process in retail stores. The system detects products on store shelves using 3D vision technology, grasps them with a robotic arm, and autonomously places them on the checkout conveyor. The entire process - product detection, grasping, transport, and placement - occurs without human intervention.

Unlike traditional self-checkout systems, the MIS-PICK Virtual Cashier eliminates the need for customers to scan items one by one. The robot recognizes products, counts them, and automatically manages the checkout process. This approach both improves the customer experience and significantly reduces store operational costs.

What Was Showcased at EuroShop 2026?

At the EuroShop 2026 booth, visitors experienced a full-scale working demonstration of the MIS-PICK Virtual Cashier system. In a setup simulating a real store environment, the robotic arm picked products of various sizes and shapes from shelves and placed them on the checkout conveyor. The system's precise grasping capability, speed, and adaptability to product variety were observed live.

Additionally, the MIS-TOUCH tactile robot hand was also exhibited at the booth. As Turkey's first tactile robot hand, MIS-TOUCH performs precise grasping with its 508-point pressure sensor and plays a critical role in the safe handling of fragile products in retail automation.
